Each letter corresponds with a different letter in the alphabet. All you have to do is find out what you do to each letter to get it to the letter its supposed to be. You do the same thing to all 4 letters and the number. It spells out a four letter word and a number. The answer is the thing you do to get each letter to the letter they really mean.
